You're invited to attend our October Chapter Meeting, where we have the honor of hosting the Secretary of the Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Rick Siger. Secretary Siger will speak about PA funding sources for developments and the newly established PA SITES program. We will also have Tom Link, Chief Development Officer of the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) of Pittsburgh, who will provide us with a deeper dive into the types of public funds available for developers and what new initiatives the URA is working on. This exciting discussion will be moderated by our own NAIOP Pittsburgh Board Member, Dennis Davin, Senior Vice President at JLL and former Secretary of the DCED for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
